• Appointment scheduling with a doctor and house call requests: No need to call the clinic or visit in person to make an appointment. With a few clicks on your smartphone using the Damumed app, you can easily schedule an appointment or request a doctor to come to your home.
• Pharmacy search: Our partner pharmacy networks provide information on medication availability. You can find the medication you need in any region of the country, at the nearest pharmacy. You can choose the brand and price that best suits you.
• Clinic or doctor search: From the wide array of medical service offerings, we will assist you in selecting the right one, finding a suitable doctor or clinic.
• Document verification: We are moving towards digitizing paper documents. To verify the authenticity of a medical certificate or sick leave document, simply scan the QR code on the document.
• Medical records: Your medical card is now on your phone! You can view your appointment or test records, access their results, enter your health indicators, monitor them, make useful notes, and upload and store medical documents in one place.
• Feedback: You can leave your reviews and ratings for all elements of your medical card. You can also cancel an appointment or doctor house call.
• Notifications: The app will remind you of upcoming appointments, doctor house calls, and the addition of any data to your medical card.
• Surveys: Various surveys help clinic staff analyze public opinion and patients' awareness of healthcare opportunities in our country.
• Profile: Managing your personal information, contacts, and family details is now easy.
